Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine & Homoeopathy organizes training programme for following stakeholders:
The core curriculum of the “Capacity Building Training Program” is to understand and to educate the stakeholders regarding the Standardization and Quality Control of Ayurveda Siddha, Unani & Homoeopathy Drugs (ASU&H).
The major thrust areas of Capacity Building Training Program are:
PCIM&H is planning to organize 05-day Capacity Building training programme for stakeholders viz. Drug Regulators / Drug Enforcement Authorities, Quality Control personnel related to ASU&H drugs, (ASU&H State /UT Drug testing laboratories & Drug manufacturers), other Scientists / Technical personnel from Scientific Institutes, Faculty of (Pharmacy deptt.) ASU&H medical colleges etc. Tentative schedule for the upcoming training programme is as follows:

17th February, 2025 to 21st February, 2025

Students Visits
Homoeopathic section of Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine & Homoeopathy conducts one-day laboratory visits for UG and PG students / Faculty of Homoeopathic medical colleges of India as per their curriculum. The main aim of visit is to educate them the techniques and methods used in the Standardization and Quality Control of Homoeopathic drugs. Visit to Lab covers Pharmacognosy section to understand the identification of crude drugs, Museum and herbarium section, Chemistry section/Drug Testing section to understand the physico & phyto chemical analysis used in quality control and testing of drugs and Pharmacopoeial standardization, Microbiology section to understand the techniques used in sterility and other microbiological testing of drugs, and Herbal garden.
